Tok longer than expected to get here and there were no instructions on how to put it together but recieved whole and intact
The product is good, conforms to the description. Plastic hard. Just in case, I advise to gradually increase the bending of the simulator so as not to crack. And that your back gets used gradually.

Great back strecher! Highly recommend for the person who has back pain. I no longer need to go to physiotherapy. No longer need to use TENS machine to relief my back pain anymore. I have had a severe lower back pain for years. I only used this back strecher for 15 min on first day. Unbelievable results.( Results like a miracle!!!) First used I felt bit uncomfortable on my back while using it but after finished to use it. Oh my god! I couldn't believe myself how my back pains went away. I woke up in the morning with no back pain at all. Let husband tried it. Results also great on him.

took a long time but understandable with the covid situation. the packaging is just a plastic bag with no protection. so the foam is wrinkled but otherwise all fine.
